Anyone who commits a traffic violation or a misdemeanor crime within the town limits must resolve their charges through the Town of Walker Municipal Court.

All fines must be paid with cash, money order or credit card [Visa and Mastercard only]. Checks are not accepted. Payments may be made using any of the following methods:

1. In person at the Walker Municipal Building, 10136 Florida Boulevard in Walker.
2. Over the phone using Visa or Mastercard. Call the clerk's office at 225.664.7692.
3. Mail to the following address [remember, no checks are accepted]:

To see if you have any outstanding warrants, click here. Warrants are posted on this site monthly, so this listing is not confirmation of an active warrant. All warrants should be confirmed by calling the Clerk of Court's office at 225.664.7692.

Courtroom rules

: : Absolutely no cellular phones or pagers are allowed.

: : Security cameras are in use.

: : When you enter the building, you are subject to being searched.

: : No person entering or occupying the property shall carry or possess firearms, other dangerous or deadly weapons, explosives or items intended to be used to fabricate an explosive or incendiary device, either openly or concealed, except for official and authorized purposes. Persons violating this rule will be prosecuted.

: : Appropriate attire is required in the courtroom. The dress code prohibits shorts, flip-flops, tank tops or hats. You will be escorted out if you enter and are not dressed appropriately.
