Ms. Jan McDonald is the clerk of court for the Walker Mayor's Court, assisting those who must pay fines or make an appearance before the magistrate. She is responsible for maintaining and preserving court records, and collecting and disbursing all monies payable to the court. She has been the clerk of court since she was appointed to the position in April 2007, and has been with the City of Walker since 2005. She was previously employed in the legal field in Livingston Parish since 1973. She is married to Jerry McDonald and they are the parents of three children.
