NOTE: ALL ESTABLISHMENTS WITH A LICENSE TO SELL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES MUST RENEW THEIR PERMITS AS WELL AS ALL EMPLOYEE CARDS/LICENSES ANNUALLY NO LATER THAN DECEMBER 31.
Applicants for a Class B permit must operate a place of business whose purpose is to sell alcohol in packaged containers. These licenses are for convenience stores, grocery stores and other places of business where packaged liquor or beer will be sold. The following forms accompanied by the appropriate fees and steps are required to renew your license to sell packaged beer or liquor inside the city limits of Walker:
