NOTE: ALL ESTABLISHMENTS WITH A LICENSE TO SELL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES MUST RENEW THEIR PERMITS AS WELL AS ALL EMPLOYEE CARDS/LICENSES ANNUALLY NO LATER THAN DECEMBER 31.

License Renewal Checklist [Class A]

Class A permits are for a place of business that is not a restaurant, but whose purpose is to sell alcohol for consumption on the premises. The following forms accompanied by the appropriate fees and steps are required to renew your license to serve beer or liquor inside the city limits of Walker:

Occupational License Renewal

» This license is obtained at the Walker Municipal Building, 10136 Florida Blvd., Walker LA 70785.
» Furnish the Alcohol Beverage Control Board Office with a copy of this license or the license receipt.

State Alcohol License Renewal

» You may renew your state license from the Louisiana Alcohol & Tobacco Control Office online here.

» You must file your state application and your application with the City of Walker within 24 hours of each other and submit proof of the same.
» You must submit proof of state-required newspaper advertising.
