If you would like an extension for payment of your fine, you must appear on your assigned court date and ask the judge for payment arrangements.
894 Form This is a method to keep your moving violation from affecting your driving record/insurance. You may use this only one time every five years. If you desire to use your 894 deferrment for this ticket you will need to print this form, sign and mail/fax to this office.
» Absolutely no cellular phones or pagers are allowed.
» No children under the age of 10 are allowed in the courtroom during court.
» Security cameras are in use.
» When you enter the building, you are subject to being searched.
» No person entering or occupying the property shall carry or possess firearms, other dangerous or deadly weapons, explosives or items intended to be used to fabricate an explosive or incendiary device, either openly or concealed, except for official and authorized purposes. Persons violating this rule will be prosecuted.
» Appropriate attire is required in the courtroom. The dress code prohibits shorts, flip-flops, tank tops or hats. You will be escorted out if you enter and are not dressed appropriately.
