1. Complete and sign the application. For your convenience, you can complete the form online then print it and sign it, or you can print a blank application and fill it out by hand. For an online application, click here if this is for a residential property, and click here if it is for a commercial property.
2. You must provide us with your tax identification number.
3. You must provide us with a copy of your building permit from the Permit Office.
4. You must provide a signed copy of the Act of Cash Sale or the contract between the owner and the builder.
5. You must pay the following deposits:

| Sewer | $25 |
| Gas | $40 |
| Garbage | $40* |
* Builders are excluded from the garbage deposit policy only if they provide a Dumpster service, and they will be responsible for removing and disposing of any trash found on the premises.
6. You must pay the following service charges:

7. You must pay the following tap fees:
| Water tap | $285 |
| Sewer tap tie-in | $500 |
| Sewer tie-in only | $200 |
| Gas tap | $295 for first 100 feet; $1.40 per additional foot |
